1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of gaadi.deals, including the car listings index, the price calculator, market trend pages and all related content (together, the "Service"), operated by Gaadi Deals ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What Gaadi Deals is

Gaadi Deals is a free, informational website that aggregates and ranks used-car listings across Indian metros (currently Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Pune), surfaces market trends such as pricing and days-to-sell, and offers an automated fair-value price calculator built on our own pricing model. Listing data is refreshed on an ongoing basis and may not reflect the current state of any individual listing at the moment you view it.

3. We are not a dealer or broker

We do not sell, lease, broker, inspect or take title to any vehicle. We do not participate in any transaction between a buyer and a seller. Every listing you see links out to the third-party site where it was originally published, and any purchase, inquiry, test drive or negotiation happens entirely between you and that seller or platform, subject to their own terms. We are not a party to, and accept no responsibility for, the outcome of any such transaction.

4. Price calculator & estimates

The fair-value figures produced by our price calculator and shown alongside listings are statistical estimates generated by a machine-learning model, not appraisals, valuations, offers to buy or sell, or guarantees of what a car will or should sell for. The model is trained on historical market data and, like any model, can be wrong — particularly for rare variants, heavily modified vehicles, or cars with condition or accident history that isn't reflected in the data. The displayed price range is calibrated so that roughly eight in ten comparable market prices fall inside it; it is not a warranty that any specific transaction will fall inside that range. Always inspect a vehicle in person, verify its documents (RC, insurance, service history) and, where appropriate, get an independent professional valuation before buying or selling.

5. Data accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to keep listing data, prices, specifications and market statistics accurate and up to date, but we source this data from third parties and automated processes, and we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, availability or timeliness. A car shown as available may already be sold; a listed price may have changed. You should treat everything on the Service as a starting point for research, not a final source of truth, and independently verify any detail that matters to your decision.

6. Third-party listings & links

The Service contains links to listings and content hosted on third-party websites that we do not control and did not create. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, privacy practices or terms of any third-party site you reach through the Service. Following a link is at your own risk, and your interactions with the destination site are governed solely by that site's own terms and privacy policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that doesn't harm the Service or other users. In particular you agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, mirror or systematically extract data from the Service using automated means, except for standard search-engine indexing that respects our robots.txt;
• Attempt to probe, disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Service, our infrastructure, or the systems we rely on;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the underlying pricing model, source data or algorithms behind the Service;
• Reproduce, republish or redistribute a substantial part of our listings, rankings, market data or calculator output for a competing commercial product without our prior written permission;
• Use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or unlawful content, or to impersonate any person or entity.

We may restrict or block access from any user or system we reasonably believe is violating this section.

8. Intellectual property

The Gaadi Deals name, logo, site design, rankings methodology, pricing model and original written content are our property or that of our licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our branding. Underlying vehicle listing data, images and descriptions remain the property of their respective original publishers.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability or completeness of any listing data, market statistics or price estimate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gaadi Deals and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service — including any decision to buy or sell a vehicle based on information found here. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service, to the extent liability cannot be excluded, is limited to INR 1,000.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gaadi Deals and its operators from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination & availability

We may suspend or restrict your access to the Service, and may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service (including specific cities, features or the calculator), at any time and without notice, for any reason including maintenance, abuse prevention, or changes to our data sources.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service or for legal reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change accordingly. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If a change is material, we'll make reasonable efforts to make it noticeable on the site.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
